1.0 PURPOSE

To ensure that the selection and evaluation of referral laboratories and consultants is
done in a standard way that does not compromise the quality of Makmal Kesihatan
Awam Kota Bharu service to the clients.

2.0 SCOPE

This procedure applies to the test referred to referral laboratories by Disease Sector
Makmal Kesihatan Awam Kota Bharu.
